LeGGINGS aREN'T 4 eVERYONE. . .

SO . . . this past year I witnessed a trent that slightly scares me . . . . Leggings & Uggs.
While at TU I notice that gone are the day where you throw on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt and call it a day. Now all girl wants to wear is leggings. Most girls try to wear them as pants knowing there meant to be wore under somthing like a dress or skirt. MOST of girls are too big to be tryna wear spandex pants that make you look bigger while other girls need to realize that wearing them as pants means you need to wear some regular panties (most leggings are slightly see thru when stretched, ew). I mean yes i have wore leggings and a t-shirt but the t-shirt is usually big enough to be a dress and i wear proper undergarmets and shoes, thank you.
Then you have there shoe of choice....Uggs. First I'd like to say Australia laughs at us for thinking these shoes are cute and stylish. They wear Uggs the same way we wear flip flops. Yet, while at school I see tons of girls wearing Uggs with there leggings carrying some designer purse, and they think there cute, NO. WTF. Then you have the girls I believe to be just "not all there" and insist on wearing these not very apperaling boots in any weather condition, even rain. I've even seen girls wear uggs because its raining. Now time out, they think its wise to wear suade boots made to keep your feet warm, not dry, in the rain. WTF again. I mean yeah I've heard people say threre comfortable and keep your feet warm (i may even try a pair on to find out myself) but these girls I see are taking this to another level I don't wish to be on. Now i'm not saying if you wear Uggs your stupid or anything, I'm just saying you need to wear them "correctly". For example I may get some for the winter cause my winter boots have finally given out, BUT I won't be wearing them with leggings unless I'm wearing those leggings under a dress AND it was cute and no other shoes matched that were suitable for the weather.
Ahhh thats feels better . . . .
